Our exchange and return policy is as follows: All Products are allowed to be return within 7 days of purchase. There will be a handling fee if original packaging is not handed back in the same condition as when the product was handed to you. Please make sure all manuals are returned. If products are found defective within the warranted period please email sales@cub3.co.za with a copy of your original invoice for repairs. Warranties are carried by the manufactures and products can be returned to be fixed. This information will be provided to you on request.
